Campground Rules & Regulations
We are a Family Campground.
You are renting a privilege to stay on our Private Property. If that
privilege is abused, You will be asked to leave.
Quiet Hours:
11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. No outside speakers, amplifiers or car
radios used at any time. Profanity will not be tolerated. Violators
will be told to leave the park. Please be considerate.
Children: Parents are responsible for the actions of their children.
Any damage caused by the children will be billed to the parents.
Speed Limit:
5 MPH, we have a lot of children at play. Please Keep them safe.
Golf Carts:
No unlicensed Child under 16 may operate a private owned golf cart in the
campground without a licensed adult on the cart.
Rental Carts may not be operated by anyone under 18.
Proof of Insurance
Required. Speeding and reckless driving are grounds for being asked
to leave the campground.
Campfires:
Permitted in fire rings only. Do not move fire rings. Do Not leave
your fire unattended! Pre-split, pre-cut wood brought in must not
exceed 16" in length. No cutting or splitting allowed in campground.
Trees: Are
important to our campground. No cutting, chopping or breaking of any
tree or bush, dead or alive. If found doing this you will be charged
for a new tree. NO GATHERING WOOD FROM OUR WOODS. WOOD IS SOLD AT
OFFICE.
Pets:
Allowed on leash at All times. Pets may not be left at campground
alone - when you go they must go with you. No pets allowed in pool
area, rest rooms, office, game room, bar or restaurant.
Recycle:
Recycle
glass, plastic & aluminum. All rubbish/garbage must be taken to
dumpster. Your site must be kept & left clean. If we clean up your
site you will be billed.
Pool: Open
9:00 a.m. to dusk. Children under 14 must be with an adult. No
lifeguard. No Glass. Management is Not Responsible for injuries or
accidents. Unruliness or profanity will not be tolerated.
Visitors:
Must register & pay at office. All visitors are required to have a
pass & must leave the campground by 6:00 p.m. or pay the overnight
fee.
Rentals:
No pets allowed in units. . A $100.00 cash security deposit and a
$20.00 cash key deposit are required at check in. Rentals must be
left clean and undamaged and key must be returned for return of
deposits.
Cancellations:
At least 30 days in advance. One night’s booking fee is charged on
all cancellations. No Refunds. Cancellations less than 30 days in
advance - at least 7 days prior to arrival may reschedule.
